This month's Car of the Month is a true celebrity, one of the co-stars from
the Pixar film "Cars." He is a 1949 Mercury coupe with that classic
"black-and-white" patrol car paint scheme, wide white wall tires, curb feelers,
emergency red bubble light, and chrome bullhorn sirens. Rolling into
Radiator Springs, the Sheriff is the only law in town, and enforces the traffic
